Content requirements

City Screen supports the following content types: images, videos, HTML5, websites.

Supported file formats for uploaded content types are the following:

Image	.jpg, .png in the RGB color model
Video	.mp4, .mkv, h264 codec, file size no more than the limit of your billing plan other video file formats, file size no more than 100 MB
HTML5	depends on the contained content
Website	depends on the contained content

All uploaded video files are converted on the server into .mp4 file format. Sometimes some file types can not be converted. If it happens, you will see a notification next to this ad in the list of ads in a campaign.

This notification means that this ad can not be played back on screens until a correct video file is uploaded. In this case you will need to replace this video file with a correct one and save the ad.
